So this week we're on to abs. It's a good place to start the six week countdown right? Yep.
This is totally true. And if I looked this good, I'm pretty sure I would walk around in lingerie all the time. No need for clothes. Well, maybe not (but I would be tempted to do so).
All right here are the moves we are going to be doing:

Getting to the core of your ab muscles is whats truly important. That's how you really keep a flat belly, and it really helps with posture. Add these six moves to the six above, and that will complete your circuit. Also add thirty minutes of cardio to this, and you will be golden. You will really feel the difference between just doing ab exercises, and really working your core.
Healthy Tip: Try adding extra steps whenever you can. What does that mean? When you go to a store, park farther away instead of as close as you can. If you're at the mall, take the stairs instead of the escalator. When you're doing chores around the house, try not to make everything as convienent as possible. Such as when you're putting away the laundry, dont pile everything up in your arms and then carry it to the closet to put it away. Leave it in the other room or on the bed so that you have to go back and forth to get it. It might seem a little a tedious, and I don't mean you need to do that with every little piece. But just take a few things at a time istead of all of it at once. Adding in extra steps throughout the day really helps you to maintain weight, and help keep those extras pounds from creeping on. No one likes creepers.
